Generate a Purchase Order payable directly to the authorized reseller. Crucial: Your PO must clearly reference Contract #DIR-CPO-6274.
Send the completed PO directly to your authorized reseller. The partner will process the order through the DIR framework and schedule your deployment.
IDIS Americas warrants its branded products to be free from material and workmanship defects starting from the initial purchase date.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. No items will be accepted without an RMA.
Purchaser prepays transportation charges to IDIS Americas. IDIS will repair or replace at its sole discretion.
